What are the specific details of the plans?All plans offer a One-Time or Auto Renew option Customers receive a 5% discount when they Auto Renew the 1-, 3- and 14-Day Plans The 3 Day and 7 Day plans offer Roll Over Data via their Auto Renew option only Customers can access Free Weekend Data on the 14 Day Fortnight plan All plans offer Free-b Data to Scorch Radio, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok All plans offer a One-Time or Auto Renew option All plans offer Rollover Anywhere mins on the Auto Renew options only Rollover data is offered on the 30 Day $280 and the 30 Day $415 Auto Renew options only Customers can access Free Weekend Data on the 30 Day $280 and the 30 Day $415 Data Roaming is available on both the 30 Day $280 and 30 Day $415

What are the terms and Conditions of the plans?4G LTE Data can be used for any website or app. Weekend data can only be accessed on Weekends. Anywhere Minutes allow calls to all local networks plus US, UK, Canada, India, China, Hong Kong and Ireland. bmobile’s Fair Usage applies to calls and text messages. https://bmobile.co.tt/fair-usage-policy Roaming Data can be used in FLOW Caribbean territories and US, UK, Canada and Guyana and Panama Rollover Data and Anywhere minutes are valid for up to 30 days after the expiration of the plan. Free-b data allows access to Scorch Radio, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, You Tube and Netflix. Any subscription costs for the use of these apps are the responsibility of the prepaid customer. Scorch Radio can be used up to 50 GB, while YouTube and Netflix can be used to a maximum of 50 GB combined. A maximum of 50% of the plan can rollover to the next period, where applicable. Any services used by the customer, in excess of the plan, will be charged at the current Pay As You Go rates. *Prices are VAT Inclusive.

When would the new plans be available?The new plans will be available from August 9th, 2024.

What happens to my active plan after the new plans have been launched?If you have an active plan, you will continue to enjoy its benefits until the plan expires or is fully used.

Who can purchase the new plans?All prepaid customers can purchase the new plans.

How will I know when I purchase one of the new prepaid plans?When you purchase one of the new prepaid plans you will receive a text message confirming your plan purchase.

Where can I call with the Anywhere minutes?The Anywhere minutes included in the plan can be used to call any local networks and international calls to US, UK, Canada plus US, UK, Canada, India, China, Hong Kong and Ireland.

What happens if I deplete all the Minutes or Data in my plan before it expires?If your data, text messages or minutes are depleted before your plan expires, you will be charged at the Pay As You Go rate for data, text messages and minutes. The current Pay as You Go rates can be viewed on our website - https://bmobile.co.tt/mobile/ You can also choose to buy another prepaid plan by dialling *123# from your handset.

What happens if my plan expires, and I did not use my entire plan?If you have credit and your plan is auto renewed, any unused data and Anywhere minutes will rollover to the next 30 days. Your plan will rollover up to a maximum of 50% of your plan, if your plan allows rollover data and rollover Anywhere minutes. For example, Day 1 -You purchased the 30-day Month End Plan for $280.00. Your plan allows 30 GB 4G LTE Data and 250 Anywhere Minutes. Day 30 -Your unused balance from the 1st plan is 10 GB 4G LTE Data and 100 Anywhere Minutes Your plan expires and is auto renewed, you will receive a new plan balance of 30 GB 4G LTE Data and 250 Anywhere Minutes. Your total plan balance plus rollover will now be 40 GB 4G LTE Data and 350 Anywhere Minutes

How much time do I have to use my rollover Data and Anywhere Minutes?You have 30 days to use your rollover Data and Anywhere Minutes.

What is Weekend Data and how can it be used?Weekend data allows customers to enjoy all their normal Data activities FREE without depleting the 4G LTE bundle data. Customers can still enjoy their Weekend data if their 4G data has been depleted.

How will I know when my plan expires?When your plan expires you will receive an expiry message via text message.

How can I find out the balance on my plan?Customers can dial *123# from their handset and select Option from the menu - “Query balances”. A text message will be sent with the plan balance, including any rollover data and Anywhere Minutes. Customers can also use the bGo app to query their balances.

Can I purchase more than one plan at the same time?Yes, you can purchase more than one plan at the same time. Simply dial *123# to purchase any Talk and Data plan.

Where can I use my Roaming Data?Where applicable, roaming data should be valid in the following destinations: Roam Zone 1 - Flow Caribbean Territories Roam Zone 2 - US, UK, Canada, Guyana, Panama

If I have multiple plans on my account, which one will be used up first?The plan usage priority will be based on expiry date. For example, if you purchase a day plan with an expiry date of 24 hrs., it will be used up first, followed by the week plan and then the month plans.

How will I know if I have won a prize?If you are a winner, you will be contacted by a bmobile representative on the mobile number which was used to perform the transaction.

If I win, can I give my prize to someone else?Prizes are non-transferable.

How will I know which prize I have won?The bmobile representative will advise you of your prize, the date on which it can be collected and the location. You will be required to present a valid national ID to collect prize.

Can someone else collect my prize for me?If you are unable to come to collect your prize, you must send a letter of authorization and a copy of your identification with the person designated to collect the prize on your behalf. The person MUST have a valid national ID to collect on your behalf.

Can employees of TSTT or their family be eligible to win prizes?TSTT employees and immediate family members are not eligible to win a prize in any of the categories.
